I know technically as photographers, we aren’t supposed to have “favorites,” but if we could, Maren and Andy’s Chicago engagement session would be wayyyy up there! This gorgeous couple exudes class, style, playfulness, love, compassion, humor, and all the wonderful qualities you could want in clients when you’re in the wedding industry. It’s crazy for me to think back to when they had inquired for my services. I was due with my first born, and they were so patient with our communication as I was back and forth to doctor appointments several times a week because the end of pregnancy can sometimes be wild… #iykyk! Nevertheless, I was so excited when they decided we were a perfect fit. Their engagement session was my first engagement session back after having my little Meyer, and they couldn’t have been sweeter as I was a little sad to be away from Meyer for the first time. I might have talked about little guy a little too much…but they went right along with it.

Maren and Andy, I’m so grateful to have y’all as clients. I know y’all’s wedding day is going to be an absolute dream. Not to mention, it’s at one of my favorite venues of all time, Providence Vineyard, and it is always a true joy to photograph two becoming one at that incredible wedding venue. I can’t wait to celebrate y’all’s big day in August 2024!
