I’m so excited to finally get this beautiful, fall Texas wedding on the blog! Rayce and Kayla’s vision leading up to the wedding was a classic, modern, and subtle romantic glam wedding day, and it was just that and more. They opted for a private ceremony with their closest loved ones, and then a more populated reception where all their friends from across Texas could join and celebrate the happy couple.
When I pulled into the Provident City Hotel property, I immediately noticed the gorgeous purple wild flowers that covered the whole front pasture – I knew we would be needing to take some bride and groom portraits there. I then found out later in the day that this was the first year those flowers ever bloomed in the history of this property. It was like it was meant to be just for Kayla and Rayce.
R+K’s day was just a dream for a wedding photographer, but what I loved most was how present they were throughout each part of the day. They were both very present with their wedding party members, family members, and siblings – who all played a key role in the day. I know how much detail went in to this day as I communicated with Kayla a lot throughout the planning process, and I’m just so thankful they had the wedding day they deserved. Congratulations to the Jenkins – I’m honored y’all chose me to capture such a huge milestone in y’all’s lives!
